Mindfully movement and spiritual alignment

Movement and meditation teacher based in West London with over 750hrs Yoga Alliance + 100hrs Meditation, as well as 8 years global teaching experience in India, Mexico and Ibiza.

Lotte teaches mindful, multi level classes, guiding students to find physical and spiritual alignment.

Her classes at White City Soho House, The Light Centre and More Yoga explore positive energy flow and creative Vinyasa sequencing - combining Mandala, Ashtanga, Power, Jivamukti and Yin yoga.

Her retreats in Ibiza (April and September 2023) and Goa (January 2004) are a chance to experience the full spectrum of yoga styles, philosophy and lifestyle (food, community, nature and more).
